With the ambiance of the streets of Lima, Bogotá, Panama, or Mexico City and a lot of imagination to embroider his songs, Guille Airoldi constructs an album that is difficult to categorize: with moments of intimate poetry with a more lyrical tone, and others with social themes; all exquisitely arranged. What stands out in this production from the beginning? A rare ability to weave unexpected melodies (sometimes against the correct accentuation of Spanish, but hey, that can be forgiven); a playful sense of rhythm, even - or thanks to - when constantly flirting with South American species; intelligent arrangements, especially in the brass (Airoldi himself plays the trombones!).
