Nicolás Falcoff is the author and singer of all the songs on the album, "Guardianes de la semilla," accompanied by his group, now established as his band: La insurgencia del caracol, which sounds like a Latin American popular music orchestra, with all that implies. They play folk rhythms fused with urban sounds and a lot of influence from the protest songs of the 1970s in South America. From the title of the album, there's a clear social imprint that permeates everything that sounds. In the lyrics and in the aesthetic choice of sound, the timbres chosen from the instrumentation, mostly: acoustic guitar, harmonica, bass, and percussion.
