Just over a year and a half ago, Cecilia Zabala was a member who had brought her project for her debut album for us to listen to. "Aguaribay" became one of the most requested albums by members in the history of Club del Disco. It was basically a folk album, with some tangos like "Gricel" and some more free-form songs. The treatment of the cover songs was innovative, and above all, it was the album of an excellent guitarist who also sang very well and had composed some beautiful songs. Today, with "Pendiente," we find that the proportion of original songs to cover songs has been reversed: out of 13 tracks, 10 bear Cecilia's signature. There are only two instrumental tracks on the entire album, and it could be said that it's an album of songs by a great composer and singer who also plays the guitar very well... There's no doubt that we're dealing with a complete artist, who strengthens her strengths, who isn't afraid to express her voice through every means, and who also dares to play with lyrics.
